Do something a little different this St. Patrick’s Day and mix yourself up a batch of bourbon cream. Easy to make, easy to keep, and made in a quantity large enough to share, it’s the kind of drink you prepare tonight and drink tomorrow with friends. Sweet, rich, and dare we say decadent, it’s what we call dessert and it goes down smooth.

Irish Bourbon Cream Ingredients:

  • 1 ⅔ cups 1792 Bourbon
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsps coffee granules
  • 1 tsps vanilla extract
  • 1 tsps almond extract 

Irish Bourbon Cream Recipe:

  • Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until frothy (about thirty seconds).
  • Chill overnight before serving.
