We’re talking about the Joyfull, Joyfull — a 1792 seasonal signature crafted by Seattle native and whiskey enthusiast Justin Alford (aka @thewhiskeymcgee). Geared towards festive times in colder weather, it’s a drink that combines bourbon with coffee liqueur, spiced demerara syrup, and amaro for a balanced profile of flavors both spicy and sweet.

Joyfull, Joyfull Ingredients
- 1¾ oz. 1792 Bourbon
- 1oz. Medium Amara
- 3.4oz. Coffee liqueur
- 1/2oz. Winter spiced demerara syrup
- Star anise for garnish

- Stir all ingredients over ice.
- Strain over large ice cube.
- Garnish with Star anise.
