1792 Signature Cocktail: The Study Abroad

by Scott Wagner

What makes for the perfect after dinner drink? We say pear brandy. It’s this rarely talked about ingredient that delivers the power of a digestif without tasting like a straight up digestif. It’s sweet, subtle, a little unusual and it’s what makes our signature Study Abroad cocktail stand out from the crowd.

A recipe from the minds behind Gastrom (Hello Jay and Leah!) it’s everything you’ve ever wanted and more after a meal that’s left you feeling full.

Study Abroad Cocktail Ingredients:

  • 2oz. 1792 Bourbon
  • ¾ oz. pear brandy
  • ½ oz. allspice dram
  • ¼ oz. lemon juice
  • Brandied cherries for garnish

Study Abroad Cocktail Instructions:
