Nostalgia, with a twist
Josh Suchan, the founder of Ice and Alchemy Cocktail Consultancy, developed a 1792 signature sip that combines some familiar flavors we all know and love in a way that’s unexpected and new. Peanuts. Apple. Bourbon. Cinnamon. The PB&A. Call it a welcome antidote to a cold winter’s eve.

Cocktail Ingredients:
- 2 ½ oz. 1792 Bourbon
 - ¼ oz. cinnamon-clove peanut syrup
 - 3 dashes apple bitters
 - Garnish with a dehydrated apple with brûléed raw honey
 
Cocktail Directions:
- Stir together bourbon, syrup and bitters, then strain over rocks.
 - Garnish with dehydrated apple with brûléed raw honey
 - Use the garnish as a tapa. Take a bite. Take a sip. Repeat.
